What are tags?
Tags is a column in ForecastRx where you can add custom text to easily identify and sort sets of SKUs and include additional information you would like shown with your SKUs. For example, you might want to enter product shelf life, tag a product as a top seller, identify seasonal items, mark items as discontinued, and more.
Where can I add tags?
Tags can be added and edited in Manage Company > Items under the Tags column. If you do not see this column in the grid, check that you have the column enabled under the Columns dropdown menu.
How do I add tags?
Tags can be added individually by selecting the tag icon for the SKU you would like to add a tag for or you can select the checkboxes below the tag icon for multiple products, and then select the tag icon, to tag multiple items with the same text at once.
Enter any text(numbers or letters) into the Edit Tags field, hit enter, and then save changes to apply the tags. If you would like to add multiple tags to the same SKU, you can continue to add more tags in the same Edit Tags window.
To add tags in bulk, enable the Tags column in your Items grid, and select Bulk Management > Download Data to receive a .csv file you can edit. Under the Tags column in the .csv file, enter your custom tags for each product. If you would like to add multiple tags to the same SKU, separate each tag with a comma.
Next, save your file, return to Manage Company > Items, select Bulk Management > Upload Data > Update Existing Entries to upload your tags in bulk.

Where can I view and sort my tags?
In addition to Manage Company > Items, tags are also visible in the Purchasing grids(My Suggested and Custom) as well as in RestockAMZ(Restock from Upload and Restock Recommendations) for Amazon users.
On any of these pages in ForecastRx, you will see the tags you added under the Tags column. Make sure the Tags column is enabled in Purchasing and RestockAMZ for the tags to be shown.
To sort by tags, in any grid where tags are shown, select the filter button and type in the tag you want to filter on, the same way you would filter any other column in ForecastRx. You can also select the column header to sort tags ascending or descending.
