Ready to start a subscription with ForecastRx? Continue reading to learn what subscription package you should select, where to sign up, how to cancel, and more.
Where to access your subscription:
You can find the subscription page at: https://my.forecastrx.com/subscriptions or when logged into your account, click the Profile icon at the top right and select Subscription. If you have multiple Companies with ForecastRx, they will be listed on this page. Select the Company you would like to view the subscription details of.
If you are a trialing user and would like to sign up for a subscription:
In the Billing Periods section, you will see your trial end date. This is the date you will need to sign up for a subscription before to receive continuous access to your account. If you sign up for a subscription before this date, you will still be granted the remaining days of your free trial and billing will not process until the trial end date.
ForecastRx subscription tiers are dependent on SKU count and number of user accounts. The subscription page will highlight this information for you and not allow you to select a lower tier based on this information. You have the ability to choose a higher tier than what is required in case you would like to add additional user accounts or SKUs.
*If your number of users or Active SKUs exceeds the Enterprise tier, contact ForecastRx support to receive custom pricing and instructions based on your Company size.
Select either monthly billing or annual (to save 20%) and then "Choose Plan".
On the checkout page, you will be prompted to enter payment details. Once this is complete, your subscription will be active and payment will automatically process monthly or annually based on your chosen subscription.
The email address shown here will receive payment invoices. If you would like the billing email changed, please contact ForecastRx support.
If you have a promotional code, please select "Add promotion code" below the subtotal in order for it to be applied before checkout. Promotional codes only need to be entered once and will carry over each billing cycle if the code is designed to be used for more than one period.
If you have an active subscription you would like to modify or cancel:
To cancel your subscription, select the red "Cancel Plan" button below your active plan. Your subscription will change status to "To Be Canceled" and at the end of the billing period, it will officially be canceled. Your account remains active for the rest of the billing period because the cycle is already paid for. After your subscription is canceled, you will still have access to log in to your account and resubscribe. If you would like your account permanently deleted, please contact ForecastRx support.
To modify your subscription, select "Choose Plan" under the subscription tier you would like to move to, or switch to annual billing and then select "Choose Plan". To switch plans mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount based on the new tier cost for the remainder of the billing cycle.
If you have multiple subscriptions with ForecastRx:
Companies in ForecastRx are separate entities that will have their own subscriptions. If your user account is associated with multiple companies, you are able to modify, sign up, or cancel any subscription with ForecastRx at any time.
