Learn how to fix the error QuickBooks - Application with Revoked Certificate in QuickBooks Desktop.
When you sync QuickBooks with Intuit apps (Field Service Management or Statement Writer) or with a third party app, a digital certificate is used to show the apps are secure.
If you got a certificate error, you weren't able to sync your data or open your file. This happened because a Symantec Root Certificate was revoked which made some certificates appear invalid. Microsoft agreed to re-enable these certificates temporarily so you can sync your data or open your file. It can take time for this change to automatically take effect on your computer.
