If you are running into an error message or your changes are not saving in your grids (Items, Suppliers, etc.), follow the steps below.
1. If data does not save when modifying your grids, try refreshing the page and if that does not work, try running a forecast.
2. If your data is still not saving, try making your updates within a .csv file and uploading it to the Bulk Management tab. Additional resources on how to upload data can be found here.
3. If an upload file does not work, please contact ForecastRx support: support@forecastrx.com
4. Error messages: If an error message appears in the lower right-hand corner of your screen, please follow the prompts in the error message to resolve the issue. If the issue is still persisting or you need additional support interpreting the error message, please contact ForecastRx support.
