Inbound Shipments shows you units of a SKU that are currently inbound to Amazon. This helps you track your inbound quantities and their available status by SKU.
Location of the Inbound Shipments tool:
The Inbound Shipments Tool can be found in Restock Recommendations or Restock from Upload as a pop-up window when selecting the hyperlinked "Inbound" quantity for each SKU in the grid.
Inbound Summary:
The chart on the top right is a summary of a SKU's inbound units broken down by Amazon statuses including Working, In Transit, Receiving, and a total of all inbound units. These numbers are copied from the "difference" column in the Shipments grid below.
Shipments:
This grid will show inbound to Amazon and recent shipments for the selected SKU. In this grid you will find:
Shipment Name: Title given to the shipment found in RestockAMZ > Manage Shipments as well as Seller Central.
Shipment Qty: The total units of the SKU sent to Amazon on this shipment.
Received: The number of units marked received by Amazon.
Estimated Receive Date: The projected date when a shipment is expected to arrive.
Difference: The difference in amount between shipment qty and received. Outstanding units not yet marked received by Amazon.
Source: The supplier or warehouse the shipment was sent from.
Destination: The Amazon facility receiving the shipment.
Status: Amazon status/stage of the shipment as a whole.
Order Notes: Any notes about the shipment entered during shipment creation or written in Manage Shipments
Last Updated: The date the shipment was last updated within RestockAMZ
Breakdown by Status:
The top left of the Inbound Shipments tool is another summary section that displays all units in the Shipments grid, grouped by total Shipment Qty, total Received, and total in Difference which have yet to be received. The colors in the charts correspond to the shipment status the units are currently in.
