Restock From Upload and Restock Recommendations
Warehouse icon: Quick filter for items with local warehouse quantities entered. Clicking this icon will filter out all items with 0 local inventory when creating a shipment.
Restock Quantity Icon: Quick filter for items with recommended restock quantities. Clicking this icon will only display items with any positive Restock Recommendation. All items that do not need to be restocked will be filtered out.
Flags: Flags are sortable and filterable alerts that will be found next to items that fall into each category of alerts.
- Red: Items that are out of stock and have 0 available Amazon inventory.
- Orange: Items with available Amazon inventory that cover less than your set minimum days of FBA inventory. (Ex. less than 30 days remaining at Amazon)
- Yellow: Items with available Amazon inventory to cover between your set minimum and maximum days of FBA inventory. (Ex. 30-60 days remaining at Amazon)
- Green: Items with available Amazon inventory greater than your set maximum days of FBA inventory. (Ex. 60+ days remaining at Amazon)
- Teal: Newly introduced items with no restock recommendation given yet.
*Note: Inbound quantities are included to account for items currently on shipment to Amazon
Change Item Information: The Change Item Information card is found in Restock Recommendations, where you can view more details and edit each item. Information entered here will override supplier and account level settings such as Service Level and MOQ.
Estimated Margin: This feature allows you to calculate your estimated margin per item based on your cost, Amazon fees, and pricing. Some data, such as FBA fees, will be automatically synced from Amazon, while other information, such as your supplier cost, can be updated in the Change Item Information panel.
Forecast Recommended Quantity: This icon will open the item card for Forecast Recommended Quantity. Here you will find the same information you would also see in the Purchasing section of ForecastRx. The quantity represented next to the icon is the amount recommended for you to ship to Amazon, based on the forecast only and with the lead time and order interval set either to ship from a supplier or your warehouse.
Supplier Restock Recommendation: This icon will open the Restock from Supplier Calculations for each item. Here you can view your average daily sales rate, available inventory, and other data that goes into the calculation for restocking Amazon. Next to the icon will be the quantity recommended to restock to Amazon from your supplier.
Warehouse Restock Recommendation: This icon will open the Restock from Warehouse Calculations for each item. Here you can view your average daily sales rate, available inventory, and other data that goes into the calculation for restocking Amazon. Next to the icon will be the quantity recommended to restock to Amazon from your local warehouse.
*Note: Remember to upload your local warehouse inventory before viewing the Restock From Warehouse Calculations for accurate warehouse inventory available.
Inbound Shipments: The Inbound Shipments tool is found by clicking on the quantity for Inbound of any item. This will open a list of current shipments into Amazon for the selected item with their status. The shipments in the Inbound Shipments tool are already factored into your restock recommendations to prevent over-ordering.
Manage Shipments
Pending Shipment Icons: If a shipment is in "pending" status, the shipment has not been submitted to Amazon yet. These icons in order are to: update items, add items, or delete the shipment.
FBA Shipment Icons: Once a shipment has been submitted to Amazon, the shipment options icons change to view order (in RestockAMZ), view shipment queue (in Seller Central), and print pick list.
Item Stickers: When viewing a shipment in RestockAMZ, this icon can be found to print Amazon barcode labels for your items. This icon can also be found in Manage Company > Items.
ForecastRx Grid Sorting and Filtering
Grid Layout - Save and Delete: In Manage Company and RestockAMZ, you will have the ability to save custom sorting, filters, layout, and selected columns. Once the grid is sorted in a configuration you would like to save, give it a name in the grid layout box and hit save. You can save multiple grid layouts for different pages in ForecastRx and switch between them in this box. If at any time you would like to delete a grid configuration, select the grid in the box and hit delete.
