Do you have Negative On Hand quantities?
If you see your "On Hand Qty" column has negatives, then it is possible the data being pulled into ForecastRx needs to be updated.
If you are a QuickBooks user, check your inventory and sales history within QuickBooks to make sure it is up to date and accurate.
If you are using Amazon integration, check your Seller Central data source and supply uploads for up to date information.
If you upload your demand and supply through CSV, you will need to perform a new upload with the most recent data.
If you are still experiencing a discrepancy between your data and ForecastRx, please contact us.
